It started on a street called Plutón
Three friends brewing for fun at a house on Calle Plutón turned a weekend hobby into Brownsville's very first brewery. The name stuck — a nod to the little planet that never quit, and to the street where it all began.
Today Pluton pours a rotating lineup of house-made beer in the heart of downtown's Mitte Cultural District — a gathering spot for the Valley, one pint at a time.
